Aromatherapy is the practice of using natural essential oils which have been extracted from herbs, flowers, leaves, bark or other parts of the plant to improve physical and mental wellbeing.  Essential oils have been used medicinally for centuries and are known for their healing qualities.  Essential oils can be inhaled or absorbed through the skin in the form of aromatherapy massage.  Each oil offers different benefits and oils are blended to work most effectively to help with certain conditions whether they are psychological, emotional or physical.
