The physical and mental benefits meditation has to offer have been well documented.  It is great for stress and slowing down the mind, giving time to re-energise, organise thoughts and relieve anxiety.  It has also been shown to have cardiovascular and immune health benefits, even helping to lower blood pressure and increase the IQ!

It can be difficult to know where to start if you have never meditated before and to switch the mind off.  I can offer 1:1 meditation sessions and group guided meditation sessions to help you start your meditation journey or take your meditation to the next level.
