Hello and welcome to my blog! I have been thinking about starting a blog for a while now. I like to think that after a few years of exercising regularly and having almost completed my personal training qualification that I know my way around the gym, but I am constantly learning. I am looking forward to sharing bits and bobs I pick up along the way as I begin my journey into personal training and the world of fitness as well as some helpful hints which I have from the past few years of my own training. I truly feel that spiritual wellness and physical wellness go hand in hand so this blog will be my thoughts for both the mind and body.
